National Coordination
Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic.The Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic acts as the National Authority coordinating Transnational Cooperation Programmes: Central Europe and South East Europe.
The Contact Point is integrated to the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic - Department of Programmes Management. The role of the Contact Point is to provide all information concerning transnational programmes.
First Level Control Body is structured according to a centralized model. Expenditures of Slovak partners will be checked and confirmed by the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic, Department of Projects Implementation Management and Department of Payments and Audit Coordination.

2., Operational Programme Environment (2007 - 2013)
The Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic also acted as the National Authority for CIP INTERREG IIIB CADSES (2000 - 2006) and currently performs tasks of national contact point for LIFE+ and other programmes.
