The programme is co-financed by the EU through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the Instrument for Pre-Accession (IPA).

According to the partnership principle, regional, local and urban authorities, together with representatives of social and economic partners and other relevant stakeholders shall be actively involved in the programming phase.
