Get closer to nature - see what life in Deliblato sands is like!

Project NATREG has produced an interesting movie about the Special Nature Reserve Deliblato Sands, a large sand area situated in the Vojvodina province, Serbia. The aim is to promote "Deliblato sands" to a wider public as a unique place in Europe and its importance locally and globally. Deliblatska Peščara, as it is known in Serbia, is the largest sandy terrain in Europe, once part of a vast prehistoric desert. It originated from the withdrawal of the Pannonian Sea. Due to its forest and surroundings, it was proclaimed to be the Special Nature Reserve.
