What are the annexes to the Application Form that have to be submitted?

The annexes to be submitted together with the Application Form are: - Annex 1: Partnership Agreement - Annex 2: Declaration of pre-financing and co-financing statement - Annex 3: State Aid Declaration - Annex 4: Data sheet on the Member State responsible body - Annex 5: ASP and Observer declaration - Annex 6: ENPI documents (Application Form, Legal entity sheet, Financial identification Form, The Statutes of articles of association of the applicant organisation and the Applicant?s latest accounts)

How to submit and application for the 4th call?

The Application Form, which is part of the Application Pack, shall be filled in online on the Front Office of the IMIS 2007-2013 Monitoring and Information System. In order to access the Front Office of the IMIS 2007-2013 Monitoring and Information System all applicants must register through the SEE Programme website (http://www.southeast-europe.net/en/downloads_section/calls/fourth_call). Once registered they will receive a username and password within the next 48 hours. Only registered applicants can access the Front Office of the IMIS 2007-2013 Monitoring and Information System, fill in the Application Form and submit to the JTS.

Is it possible for more than one person to work on the system at the same time?

No, the Front Office of the IMIS 2007-2013 Monitoring and Information System only allows one person to work on the Application Form at a certain time.

Does the Application package have to reach the JTS by the deadline or it is just enough it is sent?

The deadline for the 4th call proposals, electronically submission of all required documents through the IMIS system is November 25th at 16:00 The deadline for the hardcopy submission is December 2nd at 14:00 and it refers to the arrival of the application package to the JTS premises. No postmarks will be checked.
